Friday After Next

크리스마스 시즌을 맞이하여 사촌 형제인 크레이그(아이스 큐브)와 데이-데이(마이크 엡스)는 고향인(그리고 1편의 배경이 되었던) LA 근교 빈민가로 돌아온다. 하지만 평화롭게만 보이던 크리스마스 분위기는 산타클로즈가 모든 크리스마스 선물을 훔쳐가고, 심지어 이들의 스테레오 스피커에 감추어둔 아파트 집세까지 훔쳐가 버리자 엉망이 되어버린다. 그날이 지나기 전까지 집세를 내지 못하면 쫓겨날 운명에 처한 이들은 아르바이트 경비 자리를 구한다. 이러한 일련의 소동속에서 이들은 크리스마스의 진정한 의미를 배우게 되는데...

Friday After Next is a 2002 American stoner comedy film directed by Marcus Raboy and starring Ice Cube, Mike Epps, John Witherspoon, Don "D.C." Curry, Anna Maria Horsford, and Clifton Powell as Pinky. It is the third installment in the Friday trilogy, following Friday (1995) and Next Friday (2000). It tells the story of Craig and his cousin Day-Day getting jobs as security guards at a shopping center when a robber dressed as Santa Claus breaks into their apartment and steals their presents and the rent money that is owed to their landlady.

Production

Justin Pierce, who played Craig and Day-Day's friend Roach in Next Friday, was originally written to be in this film, working with Craig and Day-Day as security guards, but committed suicide before filming began. Filming began on November 1, 2001, and wrapped in January 2002.
