趣闻
Peter Hujar's Day is a 2025 American biographical drama film written and directed by Ira Sachs. Set in 1974, the film stars Ben Whishaw as photographer Peter Hujar and Rebecca Hall as writer Linda Rosenkrantz.
Production
The film was produced by Jordan Drake and Jonah Disend.
Rosenkrantz published a book of the same name in 2021, documenting Hujar's activities over 24 hours in 1974. Sachs was initially unsure if the project would be a short film or a feature, but was convinced to produce a feature-length film in response to Whishaw's passion and insight into the language.
Production began in New York City on April 14, 2024.
