While nursing a hangover, Tayal Wadan sees a "postman angel" deliver a letter, which reveals that his wallet has been found—embedded in a block of concrete. Meanwhile, Hsiao Mo meets an eccentric girl through a telephone dating service and begins to develop feelings for her.
