产科女医生孝珍（柳贤静 饰）梦想跟女朋友一起领养婴儿，而英俊的大夫民秀（郑爱延 饰）和男朋友亦希望拥有自己的生活。由于同属一家医院又各有憧憬，一拍即合的四人决定办理假结婚，更把住所搬到相连。然而这种既享受异性婚姻福利，又与同性爱人甜蜜的双重生活，注定不能长久——民秀父母的意外到访让原本天衣无缝的大计遇到撞板考验，究竟他们能否瞒「基」过海？
