대만 남부의 어촌 마을. 뛰노는 것을 좋아하는 준은 싱가포르에서 온 도시 소년 제스퍼와 비밀스러운 우정을 쌓아 나간다. 제스퍼의 부모가 마을에 태양광 발전소를 짓기 위해 대규모로 토지를 매입하고 공사가 시작되면서 작은 시골마을은 소용돌이에 휩싸인다. 제스퍼의 부모가 추진하는 사업과 마을 어민들의 이익이 충돌하면서 두 소년은 그들만의 우정을 지키려 애쓰지만 둘의 관계는 시험대에 오른다.

Will You Still Be My Friend is a 2026 Taiwanese-Singaporean coming-of-age drama film co-written and directed by Lu Po-shun in his debut feature. It expands on his short "When Henge Meets Crescent", which is part of the Public Television Service's pandemic anthology "Quarantini." Set in Yunlin County on Taiwan's southwest coast, the film follows two boys, a local Taiwanese boy and his best friend from Singapore, whose friendship is challenged as disputes over village issues, regional politics and solar energy projects divide their community.
