가상의 도시 아퀼레이아, 어떤 세력의 무력 침입을 막기 위해 소수의 의로운 사람들이 동분서주하며 작전을 세운다. 당시 아르헨티나는 쿠데타로 집권한 군부의 독재 정치가 시작된 시기였고, (저예산) SF 장르의 외양을 띤 은 결과적으로 아르헨티나의 암울한 정치 상황을 떠올릴 수밖에 없게 한다. 시나리오에 보르헤스가 참여하기도 했다. 1969년 로카르노영화제 특별 언급.

Widely regarded as an important cult film, its style is considered as intermediate between classic cinema and the French nouvelle vague.

Production

Part of the film was shot in the Boca Juniors stadium.
