Hibari maintains a cheerful demeanor, but her older brother, Akira, a fisherman, has been missing ever since he went out to sea in a storm. Hibari continues to wait alone, believing that her brother will return. And there is Torio, the son of the innkeeper and a chef, who watches Hibari with longing eyes.
