Manfred has lost all trust in the authorities. He has autism and ADHD and lives alone and isolated among huge piles of trash, and the people who were supposed to help him now want to move him out of his house on Funen. But Manfred refuses to move. Why is it so hard to help vulnerable citizens like Manfred?
