“The greatest evil in the world is not the strength of the wicked, but the weakness of the good.” These words by Montesquieu serve as the motto for an animated tale of love and betrayal that leads to a surprising conclusion. The film was created using rotoscoping, a technique in which shapes and movements from live-action footage are traced and transformed into animation.
