With the aging Tiger Yeung unable to stop them, hope arrives in the form of Jaguar Kong, a former Shaolin student and provincial police inspector assigned to bring Bear to justice. After returning home, Jaguar battles Bear's gang, survives betrayal by a trusted friend, and rescues his kidnapped sister.
