고등학교 졸업반인 쌍둥이 남매 올리비아(트로이안 벨리사리오)와 매튜(톰 펠튼)는 죽을 때까지 항상 같이 있자고 약속하며 성장했다. 졸업생 대표로 뽑힐 만큼 적극적이고 리더십 있는 매튜는 공부는 잘하지만 소심한 올리비아에게 오빠 이상의 역할을 해왔다. 8월의 어느 날, 쌍둥이 남매는 친구 줄리언의 집에서 열리는 파티에 간다. 올리비아는 파티를 즐기라고 부추기는 매튜의 성화에 못 이겨 술을 마시고는 줄리안과 키스를 나눈다. 매튜가 여동생의 흐트러진 모습을 질책하자, 올리비아는 괜한 트집을 잡는다며 오빠에게 맞선다. 두 사람의 말다툼은 집으로 돌아오는 차 안에서도 이어지고, 한눈을 팔던 매튜가 사고로 죽는다. 그런데 상심한 올리비아의 눈앞에 매튜가 나타난다. 매튜는 홀로 힘겨워 하는 여동생을 도와주겠다면서 항상 주변을 맴돌고, 올리비아는 그런 오빠에게 자신의 음식을 주는데...

Feed is a 2017 American drama film directed by Tommy Bertelsen, written, produced and starring Troian Bellisario. The story revolves around a high school senior (Bellisario) who struggles with life after the tragic death of her twin brother, causing her physical and mental health, as well as her grades and social relationships, to deteriorate rapidly. Still haunted by her brother's passing, she tries to maintain a facade of normalcy while continually battling with her inner demons. The film is loosely based on Bellisario's own experiences with an eating disorder that she was able to overcome.
