趣闻
Uma is a 2018 Indian Bengali-language drama film written and directed by Srijit Mukherji. Produced by Shrikant Mohta and Mahendra Soni under the banner of Shree Venkatesh Films, the film stars Sara Sengupta in the titular role in her debut, alongside an ensemble cast of Jisshu Sengupta, Srabanti Chatterjee, Anjan Dutt, Rudranil Ghosh and Anirban Bhattacharya in lead roles. It follows an estranged NRI father's struggle to recreate Durga Puja months ahead of autumn, in order to fulfill the wish of his terminally ill daughter of witnessing the festival, who had only a few months to live.
