A Serbian Documentary is a 2025 documentary film directed by Stephen Biro about the making of, and controversy surrounding, the 2010 Serbian horror film A Serbian Film. The documentary incorporates more than 162 hours of behind-the-scenes footage and new interviews with members of the original film's cast and crew. It was written by Biro and Caleb Emerson.

A Serbian Documentary examines the creation of A Serbian Film, including the production's practical effects, the experiences of its cast and crew, and the filmmakers' stated artistic intentions. It also addresses the film's controversy, censorship history and its removal from the FrightFest programme in 2010.

Directed by Stephen Biro and written by Biro and Caleb Emerson, the documentary draws from more than 162 hours of exclusive behind-the-scenes footage and interviews with 14 members of the original film's team.
