John Lee Hancock Jr. (* 15. Dezember 1956) ist ein US-amerikanischer Filmemacher. Er ist vor allem für seine Regiearbeiten bei den Filmen „The Rookie“ (2002), „The Alamo“ (2004), „The Blind Side“ (2009), „Saving Mr. Banks“ (2013), „The Founder“ (2016), „The Highwaymen“ (2019), „The Little Things“ (2021) und „Mr. Harrigan's Phone“ (2022) bekannt. Außerdem schrieb er das Drehbuch zum Film „A Perfect World“ (1993).
