Meanwhile, Akil's father, Pak Soh, who deeply loves Akil, struggles to prove that his son is innocent. The series of tragedies that befall the family not only shakes the entire village, but ultimately opens Zahir's eyes to the true meaning of love, so that the story he creates becomes a mirror to his own life.
